BRC = Beginner Level / Little to No Riding Experience, 3-Day Class BRC2 = Intermediate Level / Basic to Limited Experience, 1-Day Class (Refer to the Course Offerings tab, Motorcycle Endorsement Classes, for a more detailed explanation of each class)

I understand that this is just a "Pre-Registration" and my seat is not guaranteed until I have received confirmation from Patriot Driving School LLC. Scheduled Class Locations, Dates, and/or Times may adjust due to building availability, time conflicts, unforeseen events, etc.
Riders will be contacted within 72 hours of submitting this Class Registration Form for payment of a $100 deposit to 'lock-in" their seat -or- full payment for the class, whichever the Rider prefers. When contacted, if the rider does not make either payment he/she will lose their spot in the class until payment is received or the class is full.
